Pinhoe

The village of Pinhoe is to be found at the north-eastern corner of Exeter, having been incorporated into the city in 1966. This council ward also includes Monkerton. There are a number of convenience stores and Take-aways dotted around the area.

Pinhoe has a wide selection of housing available with a choice of flats, bungalows and everything in between. It has seen residential construction in just about every style of the last century from the Victorian-type terraced houses near the station, post-war houses and larger family homes like those found on Pinhoe Road or Harrington Lane. For those looking for a brand new home there are developments like the Harringtons and Hillside Gardens, there is also a new development at Monkerton that is currently under construction.
